We are looking to computerize our inventory using a Microsoft Access database.
-Consignor (vendor) profiles with a unique account number.
-Inventory with detailed item descriptions linked to a specific consignor
-Inventory can be arranged on a per contract/season basis.
-An efficient way of entering inventory and posting sales
-Reports to know when consignors are due to be paid as well as how much to pay them (a percentage of their sales).
-Reports for total store inventory as well as sales
-Ability to network between 2-3 computers
We do not need POS capabilities.
