Create Access database with fields that correspond to the fields currently in these Word documents. (Preferably with the ability to add more fields easily.)
Our goal is to be able to enter customer's data once and then print an invoice and later a summary without having to re-enter information. We also want a running database of customer information and private notes for each customer.
A nice form window to enter the data would be nice, also.
