We need (a) Microsoft Access Database(s) to be created to be viewed and edited by multiple people. We use multiple factories, so we need the database to somehow be partitioned to prevent the factories from seeing each others information. We need the database to be able to be reviewed by one uniform party (myself). The factories are all located in China. All of the information will be timing based. We usually have 10-20 milestones per project, and about 100-200 projects per year. I want alerts to be set up to notify certain people when dates push out.
I'm not sure if we would need multiple databases, but ideally, we'd have 1.
I'm not sure the amount of effort this will take, but we will also likely need quarterly-semiannual maintenance as our business changes.
