I am looking for help building an Access Database for Human Resources data on metrics such as source of hire, time to fill and headcount. I would need to add new data each month and refresh, then be able to provide reports by certain divisions and geographies. I am currently doing all of this in Excel with pivot tables but would like a database and reports to be able to cut down on time spent running these metrics.
