We need o build a Microsoft Access Database to capture Frequent Buyer Information, customer details, sales data and some other unique info where customer can earn points for certain behavior. I have attached an initial file structure to this posting. This is how this will work.
A customer will register and provide all their pertinent contact info (see file) and either their 10 digit Phone # or e-mail address will be the key field.
Once the customer registers we want to automate an e-mail to each new registrant (detail of the e-mail to be provided later).
Customers will be encouraged to forward the e-mail to their network (and copy the store) where they will earn points for each one they forward the e-mail to. We want to be able to upload the e-mail address and possible a Phone # into a table as the initial customer will earn points if someone in there network purchases something in the store.
We would like the Sales Data to be automatically loaded from our Point of Sale system daily. We can provide a flat file for this daily. All other data (Special Offer Points) will be entered manually maybe with a radio button.
We also will run some reports that ranks the customers by their point totals. We also want to automate an e-mail to each customer providing their point totals from time to time.
