I have a small Microsoft Access database that I acquired from a colleague and have started implementing for keeping patient records in my private therapy practice. I would like to add some basic entry fields to one form and make sure all changes are consistent across tables and queries. Should be a relatively simple job for a skilled Access user. I am a novice and tried to edit tonight but ran into some stumbling blocks around properties. Would like the work done fairly quickly so I can start using the database.
