Need Microsoft Access database created to track specific data for individual jobs... Fields to include, but not limited to, Job #, Job Name, Address, Property Manager / Owner info (Address, Tel #, email) Property structure type, Engineer assigned. Date assigned to Eng., date site survey completed, date of signed license agreement, EWO #, date construction approved, construction crew assigned, date construction begin / end... needs notes section for each access record. need to be able to add hyperlink to another folder / subfolder location... need to have certain field populate and email to certain recipients when that field has data inputted. need specific custom filter to be able to query by job #, or site address , or site name, or Contact name etc...
