I require a MS access database and forms be created to house data.

The fields required are :

Client - Text

Lender 1 - Text

Lender 2 - Text

Property - Text

Development - text

Developer - text

Property Consultant - Text

Finance Consultant - Text

Stage - Number

Valuation Record - Date

Lender Approved - Date

Date Settled - Date

Comments - Text & Time/ Date stamps

Status - Will have the value of Current, Closed or Settled

The comments field would require a time and date stamp for each comment that is added.

I would require a dash board where the user can select to view all jobs by status ( All, Current, Closed, Settled). From here the user would be able to select a job and change data or add comments as required. Also the user could select fields to sort eg view records from a single developer.

A report function is required where the user can select data as required to produce a simple table report. Eg they might want to view all jobs by lender. Or they may want to view all jobs by developer and stage, an option to print reports is required.

The file will be housed on a MS home server and multiple users will access it at the one time.
