Android Contact Fixer

Hi guys .. i need someone to write me a really simple application in very short time . its gonna be little project with good money i need a contact fixer for my mobile . for example i need to change all my contact who had 0611 or +97611 to ( 0619 or +7619 ) . that's it , first show me how many numbers of my contact have this condition and then replace them all with new area code .
