I need a complete design, development and deployment of an Android game app. This is a simple game based on the concept of "Bingo". The game will be played by multiple players travelling together, however each player will launch the game individually on their phones. The bingo cards will have a 3 rows by 9 columns grid structure, and 5 of the 9 boxes within each row will be populated by a pre-determined list of car manufacturer brand logos (example Toyota, Mazda, Mercedes, etc). All players will get the same brands on their cards. The driver then calls out the brand of the car they come across and these are blanked out by the players. The game will follow standard Bingo rules thereafter. Once a player wins a game, the game is finished and all players refresh the game to relaunch a new card, again with randomly populated 15 blocks - 5 per row - in a 3 x 9 matrix.
There will be two main databases required for this application - one having a list of countries and another having a list of all Car Manufacturer brands for each country. This data will be provided to the programming team.
I require you to create a design that is engaging, yet simple enough so that 5 year old kids can also play this game. I will need robust code and complete bug-fixing support. This is a simple application with simple database structures in the back-end.
OS version for Android:
Android OS 2.3 (Gingerbread), Android OS 3.0 (Honeycomb), Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
