1) App must record for all call and SMS details like sender/recipient/date/time, text of SMS or length of call, and if it is either made or received. Immediately after the call is finished or the SMS sent/received the app must ask the phone holder, through a pop up window, to assign it to a case number out of a short list of open cases numbers and name of customers obtained from a local file, and associate that call/sms to that case number. These records must be uploaded to a web site every hour.
2) App must download periodically, every 10 min. or under demand, from an web site the short list of open case numbers and name of related customer and store it as a local file in the phone so part 1 of the App can access it.
3) Optional but preferable, app must upload periodically the GPS location of the cell phone.
4) Optional but preferable, app must work on Blackbery and Android phones.
