Need a Basic App at Low Cost as this is Trial

1. I will provide you ftp login/pwd of my site (for example [login to view URL]). This site will act as base site. You can use its server for hosting creating site, frontend, database etc with opensource. 2. Step One Basically I want you to create a basic app for me. User will download app from my google play store or such places. You will create google play store account for me. Whatever will be fee for google play store, that I will pay directly. 3. Step Two After downloading, user will register his app by submitting following details. A. Mobile Number B. Person Name C. Address D. City E. Zip F. Country G. Google map (or other map) - this is optional H. Company Name I. Registration Numbers (Optional) like VAT No, Sales Tax No, or such things We will give upto 10 fields, which user can name them and submit data. J. User name and Password of his choice. Forgot password recovery option will be there with secret question like things. K. His Bank details or his paypal info or his airtel money or whatever methods he wants to receive money 4. Step Three A. What product or service user is selling We can use drop down menu from which user can select. You can take this list from other portals like ebay, elance, amazon, alibaba, etc. B. User's products categories (we will give him upto 10 parameters, which he can name them as per his needs like brand, model, color, size, etc etc.) C. After categorization, user can take snap of his product from mobile/harddisk, and can upload through app. He can submit product code of his choice, categories selection (from 4B), prices, tax rate etc. D. All his data will be uploaded at [login to view URL]'s database. E. User can upload his product details through his laptop also at [login to view URL] with his user name and pwd F. User can upload upto 50 products for free. 5. Step Four A. After uploading all his data through app/through laptop, client's own app will be ready by the name of [login to view URL] B. User can distribute this app (named [login to view URL]) from google play store or from his website or anyway he is comfortable. C. His clients can download this app and may order through mobile. D. They can pay also through mobile (this will be optional). It all depends on user, as how he has configured his app. 6. Step Five A.
