About the Project:

Finally got our desktop version of our eLearning App going. Have a look at the learning App on [url removed, login to view] . We need to port this to both Android and iPad. There is no MVC right now, and the code is a bit of a mess, so basically it's a rebuild - you'll be able to pull out the APIs and some classes.

We are looking to use the Starling framework for interactions, Robotlegs or PureMVC for the MVC. UNLESS you can convince us it's unnecessary. We don't need all the admin options in the app as you see now. Just Login Screen, Choose Course (Start), Presentation window (video) with associated controls, Quiz panel. Now has 3 types, more the come. (If you test the App and Add learner account, then login with this you will see what we want). All of the required APIs are now in place, as well as a good deal of the classes for various components. The big challenge is between states and some of the quiz logic.

Your first job will be spend some time architecting the solution for both Android and iPad - issues around where content reside, naming convention, refreshing content, as as designing device-specific interactions, ER diagrams and flowcharts would be good. (We are NOT looking for simple glitter here - layout not necessary, we'll provide this.) After a good plan is in place, you will then need to implement it into a new App which will be launched. Ideally the first version would be done by the end of March.

If you interested please quote by the hour, but also estimate your build time and what amount of time you can commit in March moving forward.. You will need to track your time using the time tracker.
