Write an Android application

Hello all of you, I am Sales&Marketing Manager at Spanish company and i have my own mobile application start-up ideas. I already planned projects. But i am looking someone android and iphone app developer and someone who really i can trust and work together on these projects. These start-ups could be not profitable when it will start, but when it will take good rating on Google Play rating i will do payment.
