Write a simple Android application

We have html5 page with various javascript functions, ajax calls etc.
We need to make hybrid android application, where our html 5 page, css, javascript are embedded and transact with server with our ajax calls, javascript functions (all json responses work via ajax send/receive calls). + we need possibility to display google maps navigation (one of our javascript function or app button will call this navigation interface giving destination coordinates we must approach)
Our html5 page is using pusher events (nodejs, web sockets...)
Interface has about 6 buttons only. And some fields that are getting data from website.
Should be easy to make it with PhoneGap.
