I want freelancer to create a simple android and Iphone app

Hi, I am looking for a simple Iphone and Android app where users will be able to come and sign in for free and then he will be able to publish his contact details and all the relevant information related to business and when it is done. The app will show him search results for their competitors for example 1: A person download and open the app. 2: He signs in and enter the relevant info. 3: Based on some info the next page will show him his competitor and how far are they. This will help him to see how much competition is in his area and how much feasible it is to open a new business.... This is preety much the basic concept of the application but i would like to discuss in detail with the selected person. As its my personal project my budget is not too much i am willing to find a cheapest solution as much as possible. Will have another app after this one is completed.
