Title: iOS Programmer

Company: Mitch Waite Group

Location: Work Remotely (company is based out of Sausalito, CA)

Job Description

Do you love technology and nature? Would you like to work on top-rated nature apps used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world? Then come change the world with us. Mitch Waite Group is the publisher of iBird, the top selling field guide to birds for the iPhone that got this market started. We were the first to show that an app could not only be used as a reference guide, but could totally obsolete dead-tree based page-turning books forever. Our apps are based on patented search engines designed for nature, incredible hand drawn artwork and a library of amazing bird songs. We are seeking an iOS programmer to help us build new nature apps, and also help maintain our existing top-selling reference apps for the iPhone and iPad. You will be working with the folks who got the ball rolling in this growing mobile marketplace. You’ll work closely with designers, artists and a senior programmer to create elegant and simple user-interfaces for a collection of exciting apps on the drawing board.
