Unity3D Based TBS War Game for Mobile

We are currently accepting bids for a the design and development of a Unity3D Based Turn Based Strategy War Game. We are a game publisher located in the United States that has successfully built and delivered several titles previously, and we are looking to expand our growing portfolio of games.

We will present you with a detailed brief regarding the game mechanics, however, bidders on this project will be responsible for all aspects of implementation and design. This is NOT a small effort by any stretch, so please keep the budget in mind, but bid accordingly. You will be responsible for providing game art assets and all aspects of programming. As we place a very high value on Game Art, if your team is not up to our quality standards, this portion of the budget may be reduced and performed in-house.

So, priority of importance is first: A Unity3D portfolio of work showing your expertise, and prior experience building games for iOS and Android.

The requirements for delivery on this project are:

1. iOS Version of Game - Must support Retina, iPhone 5 and iPad versions. You will need to implement In App Purchases, Game Center, Flurry Analytics, Chartboost and our own proprietary Game Stats/Data API (more details to come). You will be expected to deliver all assets necessary, including the store related materials in order to successfully launch the game.

2. Android Version of Game - Must support MOST COMMON Phone AND Tablet resolutions (but within reason). You will need to implement In App Billing, Flurry Analytics, Chartboost and our own proprietary Leadboards/Achievements API as well as our Game Stats/Data API (more details to come). You should also be aware, this will be launching on Amazon and Google therefore will need to provide us with the necessary store assets and for Amazon you will need experience with GameCircle and their IAB API.

We work in a very structured methodology, and will require all accepted bids to sign our relevant NDA and Contractor Agreements. In addition, you and your team must be familiar with working remotely using Mercurial (hg) Source Code Control. We will assign each member of your team on our project a login for our source control system and we expect regular, frequent checkins as are normal in a DVCS based system. Our team will perform routine code reviews and daily interaction with you.

Selected vendors will be included in Game Credits and will be given the opportunity to participate in a Royalty Bonus above and beyond the Budget offered on this project. This is an amazing opportunity, but we expect premium and professional providers with exceptional Unity3D experience. Quality Code, Quality Game Art, Game Programming and Mechanics, are absolutely paramount. In addition, your ability to communicate routinely and to offer suggestions and input is imperative.

As we narrow down the field of bids for this project, you will be given an NDA to sign and provided with a detailed GDD. If you don't know what a GDD is, you probably shouldn't bid on this project. Our selection will be based upon our interaction and relevant examples during the bidding process. Please note, ANYONE WHO SENDS A STOCK RESPONSE TO THIS PROJECT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED FROM BIDDING. There's a great deal to consider and we believe the budget potential is worthy of quality responses. Do not send us links to a giant portfolio of work... We don't want to pour through non-responsive examples.
