Battle cards (loosely based onPokemon) where you combine cards and play them in your deck against another.
Simple math for which cards are stronger on offense and defense
Simple animation for "attacking" and "defending" as well as victories and losses.
Simple math for "challenges left" and like items
Simple math for "new packs" actions to determine what cards the user gets

Level pathing (moving up the 30 levels)

Offline play to connect to the database and update actions

Various other clean up and game related tasks across the 7-10 screen types
Already have database and graphics ready to go. Very simple animations and business logic for the game. I will provide IA and some UX standards with wireframes.
I'd prefer the base of the game to be able to be used in both iOS and Google Play. Also, prefer a common engine like CosCos 2D or Unity 3D is used for development to help future development pathing.
I will want all final work and source code.
