Project Description

Hello All,

My company is thinking about making the leap into the App market. We are made up of talented graphic & web designers but we sadly lack the knowledge to build an iOS app. This is where you come in.

- The Brief -

We are looking to build a time tracking app for employees. A User sets up the app based on his/her pay cycle. We will have what we will call "Cycles". Cycles can last a week, fortnight or a month. At the start of a new "Cycle" the user will begin a new cycle and begin adding days. This is not a live counter but more of a manual entry of time. Inside the new cycle, a user can add each day. Inside the day page it will have the manual entry for the start time, end time and breaks. The clocks will only work in 60, 30 or 15 minute blocks which can be set by the settings page. Once the time has been entered a total is automatically generated and any time added to the "amount spent on lunch" entry will be deducted.

Once a user has finished filling in all the days for the cycle. They have the option to "close" the cycle and email it to the payroll officer (who's email will be set in the settings panel.) These can also be archived but not edited once closed.

Thats basically it. As mentioned its still in concept stage and may change form the above brief, but i cannot see it changing severely. The apps graphics will be done entirely by my team here and we only require that you provide an AppStore ready app for us to deploy. We plan on going for a clean, flat look animated look as looks are very important to us.

If you think you can complete our project with the prospect of more work down the track be sure to get in contact.
