Project Description

I want a hybrid application wrapper made with the following EXACT requirements. You do not need to worry about content pages as they have already been done in html/css/js and are served by the server system in a WebView. All this wrapper will do is control where the pages are viewed and loaded within a WebView as described in the attached document.

Performance is of major importance. I don't want stuttering when switching views, opening the menus or showing/hiding menu content or different screens. It should be as fluid as the facebook/IMDB apps.

You should know how to make JavaScript communicate with the native language and API features.

All components should be native.

A single codebase is desired.

There will be further work for other devices in the immediate future, so please take this into consideration when leaving a quote.

Please read the document carefully and leave a quote. DO NOT leave a proposal if you are not going to specify an amount. The document is as clear as it needs to be.

Payment will be made on a per-milestone basis, and upon each milestone completion I expect the files to be sent to me.

Good communication is VITAL. Skype messaging between myself and the developer is preferred. I don't like long delivery dates nor developers who continuously extend them. If you cannot keep to a schedule please do not apply. If you tend to lie please stay away. I may have more requirements later, so you can give me additional quotes when the time comes. There will also be additional work regarding other devices for the developer of choice if they are able to provide a quality product.

I will be providing all design elements.
