App targeting sports enthusiasts and gym starters looking to bulk up and specifically those wanting to supplement training with creatine. Creatine is best used in cycles to boost results and to minimize the risk of damage to the body.
The main function of the app is to track sports supplement use including creatine and protein. A basic calculator stating the current stage in the creatine cycle and recommended intake. Push notifications are sent to notify the user of when they should start the next phase of the cycle.
Design is to be simple but clean, simlar to: Protein
Strange but the app function is similar to period tracking apps for females; track it, Menstruation and Ovulation app
1. User Info Page – intro page, user can enter age, weight, creatine supplement start date.
2. Creatine Dashboard - dashboard showing current phase of the creatine cycle. Needs to be visually engaging. Cycle has 3 stages, load = 20g per day (1 week), maintain = 3-5g per day (up to 12 weeks) and flush= no creatine (4 weeks). Then the cycle starts again. Page to show in a visually engaging way, where the user is at in the cycle on any given day. Perhaps for each cycle the user completes they get a badge and can track their current weight and body fat. Etc.
Creatine info page – basic text page, information about best practice when it comes to creatine use.
Creatine tracker setting page – user can adjust personal details, plus re-start the calendar.
3. Protein Dashboard – similar to Protein+ app, user can track daily protein intake, calculation from their weight entered at the start shows them their RDI.
