It needs to use GameKit.

It will need the following functionality:

Host mode:

1. Automatically accept incoming connections.

2. Transmit and receive up to or over 30MB of data from an NSDictionary

3. Return a list of connected clients

4. Force a connected client to disconnect

Client mode:

1. Provide a list of nearby hosts (bluetooth and WiFi)

2. Transmit and receive up to or over 30MB of data from an NSDictionary

It will also need to have a delegate protocol for notifying when the following occurs:

1. A client connects (and what their device name is)

2. A client disconnects

3. Data was sent

4. Data failed to send

5. Data was received (and what that data was)
