IPhone app - design and implement - openGL - easy to professionals

I need an application that has a first screen where you enter a word and then the second screen is the word written in big letters and you can ask to split the work to X=number of parts. So i.e. BLA splitted to 6 means that B is split to 3, L split to three and A split to 3 - not all the time it has to be equal in all letters, i.e. if the ask to split BLA to 7 it can't be equal. The application will allow choosing a color from a set of 6 colors at the bottom and painting inside the letter. Then it will be saved so every time you open the application you can continue. The app should load fast, be not heavy and be smooth to the user. What is the catch? I need it to be in English and Hebrew letters. If someone can make it somehow generic to work with many fonts so the user can choose the font I will prefer it. * I have some ideas for extensions that I might continue developing one-on-one with the worker I will choose.
