We are working on v2.0 of our social networking app PEN PALS which has been featured on the front page of Apple's iTunes App store around the world. You can see the app here [url removed, login to view] to get an idea about what our app currently does.
We are looking for an extremely talented front-end developer to help us with this major iOS update and Android roll-out. Qualifying developers should have at least a 90% completion rate, stellar reviews and a good portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency as it relates to our app. We would also like to release v2.0 on Android as well. Please keep in mind we are looking to build a long-term relationship with the right developer.
Our extensive wireframes for v2.0 outlining the app functionality are attached (these are confidential and require you to sign the NDA before downloading). A few of the new features included in v2.0:
-Facebook connect login
-Iphone 5 compatible (along with Iphone 4/4s)
-Badge reward system (similar to foursquare)
-Some animations (similar to what's in the app now)
-Fast app switching
-Compatibility with existing userbase
Your bid is for front-end development only. All custom graphic elements will be provided to you based on the specs you supply. Your estimate should be broken into 2 parts - one for iPhone (iOS) development and one for Android and should include 1 year of bug fix support. Please note that the wireframes outline the scope of work to be performed - That said, there will be a few revisions that should not alter the scope of the project. All work completed by you will be work-for-hire.
