Project Description

Loyalty Services Ltd specialise in setting up Loyalty programmes. One of our programmes is ‘FrenzCard’, a coalition card spread across multiple retailers throughout New Zealand. [url removed, login to view]

Currently, customers have an online profile which allows them to look up their transaction history, balance, user profile settings etc.. We will create an additional setting in their online profile called Points Tank (name to be determined) and allow the customer to set a points value against their card number.

We would then like to create a simple application that would allow a customer to enter their card number and for a dial (similar to a speedometer display in a car) that would show them the percentage they have achieved towards their Points Vault figure. By doing it this way we won’t need any authentication for the user. If they have a null figure in their online profile it would simply state this and then explain where to go online to set this up. We would also like an additional page that would show the locations where FrenzCard is used. The only thing that would change going forward is additional retailers we bring onboard.

Our platform Fidelis™ is maintained by a small team of developers that we can engage with your guys to ensure that you get the appropriate responses from our database (SQL Server) through the application. I would envisage that if successful we would extend this application to provide more information, we may even want to template this for other programmes we are running in New Zealand.
