Project Description

We need a programmer to design an Android and iPhone based app that will allow clients to access web-based information to find health services that they need.

This application would ask the user a series of questions and then provide a summary of which programs the client might be eligible for. There are roughly 24 possible programs, and the program would refer the client to one or two and provide links to each. These links would be informational pages that we maintain.

The application should show the client their results and then give them the option to email the results (with the links) to their email address. We also need to allow searches to be saved with unique identifier information so the client can use the app to search for benefits for multiple other clients. For example, they could associate a search with a name and a unique email address.

We need the ability to add programs later on, and to change the eligibility parameters when new services become available. We also need the ability to change the links associated with each program. We would change these things ourselves in the future, but would need the app to be programmed so changing things later is relatively straightforward.
