Home Section: The Home section will show suggested daily caloric intake for each day and suggested calories to burn according to user's mentioned current weight, desired weight, Weight Monitoring Objective and other inputted data.

Daily Diary in the form of a Schedule: A Daily Schedule which allows users to input eaten foods & performed activities for each hour of the day along with each Activity's Intensity Level & the Quantity Eaten from each type of food. There should be a TOTAL underneath each day showing the total number of calories consumed according to inputted data and another TOTAL showing the total number of calories burned according to the inputted data.

CURRENT Human Calorie Calculator: Calculates calories burnt per Hour(s) FOR EACH exercised activity according to person's weight, age, gender, Height and type of activity performed (i.e: walking, standing, sleeping, etc.) showing the total number of calories burnt until the current time of the day.

POTENTIAL Calorie Calculator: Calculates calories likely to be burnt per Hour(s) FOR EACH exercised activity all throughout the day according to planned activities to be performed throughout the day showing the total number of calories burnt + to be burned until the end of the day.

Forums Tab & Section: This is a section of the app where all registered and non-registered users can post their personal experiences, suggestions and opinions about diets and health plans and related topics.

History Tab & Section: History for all inputted data, calories consumed and burned should be saved either by being integrated within the Schedule (in a visual yet not too crowded way) or should be included in a separate section.
