iPhone Email App Statement of Work for...

We are looking for a skilled, experienced iPhone programming expert to ensure our mobile app project is completed quickly and successfully. Create an application that will allow a centralized dispatcher to receive technician status information from an application on the technician’s iPhone. The technician types the work order, and selects from one of the 4 buttons: Travel, Start, Suspend, and Complete. Upon selecting the status the app will send an e-mail message with various automation details including, status button selected, GPS coordinates, and various info fields established in the Preference screen.

Function of App Description:
- App Icon from provided JPG file
- Preference Tab
o Field to provide email address for messages to be sent to
o Field to enter who this message is from
- Applications Tab
o Should appear roughly as shown below, clean buttons rather than line drawing shown below
o WO# field should be at data entry field for number entry
o Only one of the four buttons should be able to clicked to send the email
o App closes and clears the WO field once the email is sent

Updates / Content / Maintenance
When the development process is complete, the app should be uploaded to the iTunes Play distribution portal, aka “App Stores”. You will facilitate the establishment of an iOS Developer account. You will need to help with this registration process and uploading the app for distribution. After completion of project, provide free service of bug fixing for duration of 30 days. During this period, enhancement of additional features is not supported or included in the cost.

Device Support
The mobile app should be developed to be available to all employees at ESS Group using an iPhone 4 or above.

Device Updates
The application should be able to be developed for forward improvements that can be quoted in the future. Realizing mobile apps moves quickly so it is likely we’ll update the project in 3-6 months.

Project Timeline
BETA testing to be available within 7 days from accepting project. Project to be submitted to the iPhone Apps store within 14 days of project release.

Milestones / Half-Way Commitment
Daily Status updates via email with project updates and demos/screen shots. The halfway milestone is significantly important during this process and should include screen shots of all tabs and TeamViewer demo of the project. Not all development is required to be completed by the halfway milestone; Beta testing can be completed after the Half-Way milestone. The final payment to be issued when the App can be downloaded and successfully operates on the company iPhones.

Final product and all pertaining source code are the exclusive ownership of purchaser and transferred from the programmer/seller, once final payment is made. There is no commitment for additional contracts for future contracts to modify this project or future projects.
