Project Description

We are looking for video effect components to plug into an iPhone application.

Need functions to apply various video effects to a clip loaded in from the camera roll. These effects include slow motion, fast forward, stutter, and pulse.

See "Game Your Video" app for examples of these effects:

Unlike "Game Your Video", these effects will be applied to a video programatically, away from the user and specified intervals and durations.

Each effect must have its own function that can be called programatically (not by the user). These functions must accept parameters that specify the time, duration, and speed (if necessary) of the effect. For example, if adding a "fast forward" effect to the clip, we would need to specify when to start the fast forward, and what rate to fast forward to (e.g. 2x, 4x).

The app will apply various effects to the video clip and also merge it with a new audio track. The resulting video and audio will be exported as a final video clip to the camera roll.

Applying effects and exporting the video must be a fast process. The entire process should take no longer than 20 seconds. Additionally, there must be no memory or storage leaks in the app. (App should not take up any storage space on the device after it finishes editing a video.
