This is now prefered to be a HTML5 application that is suited to an iPhone screen and iPad screen. Please re bid

Duty Officer Logbook requirements:

Log will present with a notes style page with columns which auto populate date time, type of message drop down box (Default to Phone, page, radio, fax, note & SMS). To / from column And the actual comments ( large area auto size depending on text amount ). Cross box for action required
Log will need to be kept in a central repository and will
Need to be centrally available to collaborate between all users of the application. Newest log items will goto the top of the top of the file. A template of what it should
Look like will be presented to freelancers that would like to proceed further with this project.
Option 1: A flat DB file which stores the information will need to be stored on a server and setup to capture the information and to share it collaboratively.
Option 2: an email now button with the current log file stored on the device can be emailed to a user to disseminate as required.
Freelancer to provide best method of collaboration between all app users.

A central drop box type folder will need to be available when clicking Documents button. Application will need to display PDFs and word , xls docs as required but not edit. These should be stored at a central location (FTP or by other means-- suggestion by freelancer -- but should always be easily update able.

Project is not to be available on the App Store, this will need to be installed directly from a PC and loaded on that way
