Im looking for someone to build me an iPhone app. I want the app to display ads on the iphones lockscreen. Yes I said lockscreen. I then want the app itself to count how many times the user unlocks their phone. I basically want the "Locket" app that is for andriod. for the iPhone. Yes I know that apple will not approve this, but is this even possible for iphone development?
