App needed for both iphone and android

I need an app made that will run on both iphone and android platforms. The app needs to be able to record phone conversations and then have an option for the user to save it or delete it. It also needs some way of playing through the phone call (like being able to run it through some sort of player so you can fast forward through the conversation rather than having to listen to the whole lot each time).
