We are a consumer electronics company in need of our own Push to Talk app. It will function identically to the "HeyTell" and "Two Way" apps. It is important that the receiver can listen to the voice message later if they do not have the app open or are busy with other tasks. Other than that functionality the app basically turns your phone into a 2-way radio over the cell networks.
