Cordova plugin for VoIP push notifications for iOS for Ionic app

We have a mobile app created using the Ionic framework. The app needs to support VoIP push notifications for iOS. You can read more about VoIP push notifications in the links below: 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] So what needs to happen is: 1. We need to be able to fire VoIP push notifications from the app server 2. The user needs to receive the push notification as soon as he is online 3. Our app needs to be woken up by the push notification and should communicate immediately with our app server by calling a script / API on the app server (this needs to happen in all these scenarios (a) the app has not been launched by the user in his phone yet, or (b) the app is in the background, or (c) the is in the foreground, or (d) the app has been force-killed by the user) Since this is an app created using the Ionic framework, native code can be executed from within the app only through a Cordova plugin. We are looking for a person who is both (1) excellent at Objective C and (2) has written Cordova plugins for Ionic projects many times in the past. (For such a person, this should be a day's work, or lesser.) We have gotten the certificates and pem files already. You just need to code the plugin AND integrate it into our both our app and our app server.
