Hi, and thanks for taking the time to review my bid.
I have extensive experience with blockchain technology. I've worked with Bitcoin since it's very early days, and have worked on several similar projects.
I already have a solution in mind that could effectively store data securely in a blockchain, and would be secure.
I've actively been developing a similar solution for blockchain technology (not for data storage specifically, but an alternative application which runs on top of the blockchain and does require some data-storage). As a result some of the work to achieve this is already done.
I'm based out of Canada, and english is my native language, so I can communicate effectively with you, and quickly work towards a potential solution.
The assumption here is that the fixed price bid I've proposed is to design a proposal for a data storage solution on the blockchain (essentially a short white-paper), and a small prototype or proof of concept. Further development of a final solution would of course be treated as out of scope (however I'm completely open to continuing the relationship to work on future projects).
I prefer to work in a milestone fashion with fixed price projects, in order to de-risk the project for everyone involved. To that end, I've proposed a series of milestones below to break up the key deliverables/tasks involved in my proposal.
Please don't hesitate to contact me directly with any further questions.
I'll look forward to hearing from you.
