I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. It will be used to conduct a penny auction. User buy "bids" using in app purchases or via paypal. R100.00 for 100 bids. R200.00 for 250 bids. R300.00 for 400 bids ect. Admin Panel to load Items and set bid increments as well as the timer.
