Phone and Android Los Angeles Area

We need to hire for 2 months an Android and Iphone coder for a geolocation based hiring app. Users will sign up as earners or spenders and will share their location to find work. Must live in Los Angeles to interview although you can bid you will not be messaged for this project must be done within California at our office. Please provide your geolaction based app experience as it needs razorpin accuracy and measure the distance between multiple locations as it reduces in realtime.
