To build a secure, cloud based (SaaS) web application with multi-tier user access for a debt collection company. To include:
• 3-4 layer user/company/client role layers
• Assignable workflow with drag and drop timeline;
• Task automation;
• Invoice management;
• Secure storage of invoices and client files;
• CRM ‘ready’ from ground up for future expansion;
• Can connect into various 3rd party databases via api calls;
• Ledger import facility;
• Every feature must be fully assignable as a role based permission;
• All users actions must be trackable;
• Reporting engine;
• Higly secure
The solid fundamental backbone containing the above features will be a base for further, ongoing development over the coming months. The IP will be owned by the debt collection company itself.
Technology
• Must use a well known web application framework
• Must run on a scaleable cloud platform such as AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
• Project should use sound development methodology, repository and versioning, etc
• With technical documentation if required.
