I need a simple accounting program (excel, acces or net) that I can easily insert accounting entries (account, amount, debit, credit, summary ...). With the difference that there is also the option to import txt files and automatically perform an accounting entry for each txt line. The idea is to load a txt file purchases a month and load a txt sales for the month. I have a txt file with the information for each invoice purchases of the month on each line (each line have the amount of each purchase, date, VAT detail supplier, abstract...), and another txt file with the information sales month a sale on each line (amount, date, vat, customer, abstract, etc). The program must generate an automatic record for each line of the txt file according to the date of the invoice or sales. And of course, regular reports: daybook, general ledgers, financial statements.
attached a txt file as example of my purchases for the month, this file would be missing two columns to identify the account to be debited accounting (eg Rent paid) accounting and crediting account of each line (for example, cash account or accounts Payable). I could, for example, placed on each line account number so that the system can recognize it and make a seat for each line.
