I have a dedicated server from 1&1 (1&1 Server 2012 L 4 Core) and have a number of sites sharing this. All of my websites have gone down and I can't access any of the websites or the Plesk control panel. There isn't much on the server so there shouldn't be a memory issue.
A few crons have just been set up on the server which may or may not have caused the issue.
I have rebooted the server but no luck.
I can FTP and SSH into the sites and root without issue.
I have tried to restart the MySQL service through Putty but get an error. I tried to check the status of MySQL and this is what I got....
login as: root
Using keyboard-interactive authentication.
Last failed login: Wed Oct 30 17:46:36 GMT 2013 from [url removed, login to view] on ssh:notty
There was 1 failed login attempt since the last successful login.
Last login: Tue Oct 29 22:08:26 2013 from [url removed, login to view]
Have a lot of fun...
s16532281:~ # service mysql status
redirecting to systemctl
[url removed, login to view] - LSB: Start the MySQL database server
Loaded: loaded (/etc/init.d/mysql)
Active: failed since Wed, 30 Oct 2013 01:36:32 +0000; 16h ago
Process: 9285 ExecStart=/etc/init.d/mysql start (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
CGroup: name=systemd:/system/[url removed, login to view]
I would like a price for investigating the MySQL issue and resolving. All website data including all databases must be retained as is without any loss of data. This is an absolute must.
I will also need someone to continue to provide Linux server support going forward so I'm looking for a professional server administrator who knows everything there is to know about servers and can fix issues quickly and efficiently.
Thank you in advance

Hello. I'm good at Linux system administration and troubleshooting(as well as at LAMP development), so I can help you. Great thing is you still have ssh access to the server.
