I have a MySQL 5.6 database running on an older pentium machine with Windows Server 2003. When I moved it to a dual quad core machine running windows 7 64 pro with lots of memory, it slowed down considerably.
The new computer with more memory and more processors HAS to be faster than the older processor, older OS, and less memory, right? I am thinking I just need the database tuned up.
I can grant access to the machine with Teamviewer.
The only caveat to this project is that you have to speed things up to get paid! You can run the same queries on the two machines with the exact same datasets to see the difference.
You should be a MySQL dba expert to do this work. If you work out I will likely offer recurring DB admin work.
