Develop a class and all the required routines to implement a simple login access.
The login screen must be as much as possible similar to the image in the attachment, for me to keep compatibility with previous software. The shutdown button is not required. Different icons are also ok, as long as you provide the icon, together with the source code.
database
The users database is in .DBF format (in the attachment).
Associated with a user is also an access level which must be available.
In the database you can find a user “test” with password “test” for your tests.
Some translations:
ALIAS -> username used for login, LIVELLO -> access level, NOMINATIVO -> Full name
The database path must be changeable at runtime.
An empty password associated to a user must allow login without password.
The password in the database is encrypted with a very simple algorithm which will be provided. I provide CA-Clipper encode and decode routines, from which you can extract the very simple algorithm.

- If any external parts is being used, it must be provided
- Working example project in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or 2008
