PDF and Image Viewer with Annotation functionality

We have a product developed in VB.NET 4.0 windows application (Desktop application). With in this product, has the functionality to view PDF files and Image files (TIFF multipage, JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc…) and user should be able to add annotations while viewing the documents. We required an SDK which has the below listed functionalities 1. Should be able to view PDF/Image format (TIFF multipage, JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc…) files directly from Memory object 2. Viewer should have all the common functionalities like Paging, Printing, Zoom+, Zoom- 3. Required functionality to navigate to next page/previous page 4. Preferred to have multiple page documents viewing by using Mouse wheel. 5. Viewer should have annotations functionality and annotation objects like Pen, Square/Rectangle box, Text box, Straight line, Arrow line, Circle, Banded like, etc… 6. Should have ability to customize fonts and colors of annotations 7. Should have the functionality to add annotations directly from code in the preferred location of the document 8. Should have functionality to merge annotations on document 9. Should have functionality to return annotations merged document as Memory object 10. Performance and Quality of the viewer should be high. Memory leaks are not accepted. All the used objects should be disposed properly with in the SDK Preferred the viewer to be compatible with Windows applications and Web applications (If possible) Preferred the SDK to be developed by using .NET native code.
