Tournament Registerer/Hopper for FullTiltPoker

The software should scrap/read/hook FullTiltPoker Lobby, and register on the filtered tournaments. I will need a GUI or .ini file to specify it to register on tournaments that start between Hour X and Hour Y at day Z. So it should register at all tournaments that are OPEN to registration between the time I specify Pay attention to the above sentence because even if the tournament appears on the Lobby, they might not be open to registration yet or registering on the next month (WE SHOULD ONLY REGISTER AT TOURNAMENTS THAT MATCH THE CURRENT DAY WE ARE). So it should only try to register at tournaments that say "Registering" or "Late Registering" I cannot play more than 16 tournaments at the same time, so that should be configurable as well. so a simple GUI/INI to say : Play X tournaments simutaniously , Register at tournaments between HOUR X and HOUR Y. This software will be used in conjunction to OpenHoldem and it should communicate to the "Mutex" so they don't endup fighting for mouse/keyboard control. It would be preferable if it didn't steal any focus from the current aplications. The whole proccess should be off the screen or minimized because it can't be on the top of the current open tournaments(tables) overlaping, because OH will try to screenscrape the tournaments(tables), causing misscraping. So all current open tables shouldn't be overlapped even at a minimum rate.
