I need a small console app that will use the leadtools SDK for processing my images. I have a specific set of controls I want to be able to manage each time i run the console app.
I want to control the type of jpg output we get. from their demo here are the options

I want to be able to set the Quality value which i think is a number from 1- 255.
Next i want to be able to specify if we add some sharpness to the image before it is processed I think the value range for this is 0 to 100.
The console app should run with a specified number of threads and ideally use plinq or similar to manage the threading task. I will be running thousands of images through this in my trials. the console app should print some progress as it goes so i know if it is stuck or not. Please also note some of the images it will be processing might be 20+ mb so make sure you have ram/memory handled nicely.
Lastly in the console app i will need to specify a dir for the images and an output dir for the new images
if this first project goes well I will ask you to extend it to support resize functions as well as jpeg2000.
here is the links you need to get the trial sdk
