i have about 10 parsed layouts(data) that has been extracted from cogniview enterprise version. the excel layouts are not that clean. so need someone to create a simple desktop app to extract info from excel files(total 10 layouts) into another clean excel file individually. this is urgent project. bidder must be always online on skype to coordinate/rectify any issues. more details will be given upon bidding.
