We are looking for qualified team with PSTN to VOIP (+ iPBX) system integration experience
We need iPBX to manage PSTN + VOIP (SIP) incoming calls, so the call can be answered by the next available agent and the caller ID of that call should 1st go to our "Cloud Database Server" to bring the caller's details (pre-store).
1- PSNT to PC (via asterisk card or ideally via any low cost USB device/Fax Modem etc)
2- iPBX (routing, queue(music / caller number / estimated waiting time), hold, transfer (internal/external), forwarding with CLI, whisper…etc)
3- API (running in background to send Caller-ID to Cloud Database Server). Ideally plugin etc for easy installation.
4- IVR (for existing customers: greeting, selection menu, forwarding)
5- VOIP (open vendor, 3CX, SIP)
6- Call recording (with date, time & agent log. Saved either on each PC used by the agent or at some central database)
Asterisk is preferred but we are also open to alternative reliable and cost effective solutions.
Softphone is preferred but we want to keep the FXO port option for any agent to use the standard any physical phone.

Essential Extensive Experiences:
- Be minimum a CMMI level lll company willing & capable to deliver on time.
- Have a proved experience (with reference) of developing the similar system.
- Be willing to keep Elance in between for the financial security of both parties.
- Be able to start immediately and capable to deliver on agreed time (It is Very Important).
