I need an Application that integrate IVR, Application will be on [url removed, login to view], Sql Server.\r\n\r\nThe features of this application will be -\r\n\r\n1. User / Engg. should be able to call existing toll free no. or new no. can be assigned and log the complaint via IVR Oprions\r\n\r\n2. User / Engg. should be able to log / remind / close complaint via SMS also\r\n\r\n3. Client / machine Database to be maintained for reporting etc.\r\n\r\n4. Regional Engineers to be linked with machines installed in various part of india\r\n\r\n5. when the complaint comes in the relevant engineers in the region should get SMS / Email Alerts\r\n\r\n6. Complaint should be displayed live on LCD Display in office\r\n\r\n7. Engg. should be able to acknowledge the call by sms or call.\r\n\r\n8. Engg. name to be displayed in front of the complaint, machine downtime live.\r\n\r\n9. after call is closed user can leave feedback / rating.\r\n\r\n10. after call is closed engg.. should be able to fill in the details of expenses incurred on attending the call, any job work paid for, etc.\r\n\r\n11. MIS Reports for management (see reports attached)
