Need a property listing/classified website. Functionality is similar to [login to view URL] but focus on housing sector only. site will list housing messages (rent, buy, sale of houses, apartments) - Users can post message and property images freely (No payments capability required) - Owner of message can received/reply the email enquiry. - able to search the post message based on search criteria. - Full admin features ( registered users can manage their posting messages). - It require to manage only 2 countries (US, canada region) and Singapore only. - Site should rememered country that user selected. i.e, For USA and Canada region, site url is mysite.com. And for Singapore, url will be [login to view URL] (set up like subdomin) and should display only Singapore related posting. - Bidder should have show examples of previous listing work. - Preferred language: C#, .NET, SQL - Full source code to be given on completion.
